What we offer
our current services include:
Psychology
Life can feel heavy, whether it’s stress, low mood, relationship challenges, trauma, or significant life changes. Our Clinical Psychologist provides a space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface and how it’s impacting your day-to-day life.
Sessions are tailored to your goals, offering support for your nervous system and practical tools to help things feel more manageable, while gently building insight, resilience, and confidence over time.
Naturopathy
Tired but wired? Hormones all over the place? Gut not cooperating?
Our Clinical Naturopath takes a whole-body approach to support hormonal health, fatigue, digestion, fertility treatments, immune system and general wellbeing. Treatment is personalised and practical, designed to work with your life, not against it, using nutrition, lifestyle adjustments and targeted herbal or nutritional support thats practical and sustainable.
Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapist offers neuro-affirming mental health support for women and non-binary individuals, with a particular focus on perinatal and postnatal mental health. This includes support during fertility treatments, pregnancy, early parenting, and the transition into parenthood.
Support may include nervous system regulation, burnout recovery, identity shifts, executive functioning, ADHD management and building sustainable routines that support mental wellbeing.

Occupational therapy services are provided by registered occupational therapists who practise within the scope defined by the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia. Support is focused on functional, sensory, emotional, and daily life needs, and does not constitute medical or psychological diagnosis.
Lactation support is provided by an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and registered nurse. Guidance is professional and evidence-informed but is not a replacement for medical or paediatric advice. Clients should seek medical assessment if concerns arise about their own health or their baby’s health.
Telehealth consultations are available Australia-wide. Service availability and eligibility may vary by location, practitioner type, and regulatory requirements.
