RACHEL HOWE – Occupational Therapist

Specialist mental health occupational therapy.

Rachel Howe is our mental health occupational therapist who walks alongside parents as they navigate the profound, sometimes messy, and always transformative journey of conception, pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

Rachel understands that becoming a parent is more than a life event, it’s a reshaping of identity, daily rhythms, and relationships. Gentle, curious, and non-judgemental, she offers a supportive space that meets you where you are, holding your experiences with care and respect. Her work creates room to pause, reflect, and make sense of this transition in a way that feels grounded and supported.
