‍clinical naturopath.

reach a state of balance, with naturopathic care that looks beyond symptoms.

Meet our beautiful naturopath, Taylor. Combining strong biomedical knowledge with naturopathic care, Taylor loves getting curious about the whole picture, your symptoms, blood results, nutrition, lifestyle and of course, your bowel habits!

Taylor has a special interest in chronic fatigue, hormones, gut health, painful or heavy periods, fertility and those frustrating “something just feels off” symptoms that can be hard to get to the bottom of.

With lived experience as part of the LGBTQ+ community, Taylor brings an extra layer of understanding to creating care that feels inclusive, comfortable and free from assumptions.

Warm, practical and never one-size-fits-all, Taylor works with you to make sense of what’s going on and find realistic (not too overwhelming or unachievable) ways to help you feel more like yourself again.

A woman with curly dark hair and light skin, smiling, stands indoors in front of a brown wall with large black letter 'W' design. She wears a blue checkered shirt, black knee-length shorts, black socks, and loafers. There is a brown sofa behind her and a small coffee table with a potted plant on it.

What Taylor supports.

Taylor supports anyone who wants to better understand and take control of their health, particularly when things feel confusing, complex, or have been brushed aside before. Drawing on a strong biomedical background alongside a warm, down-to-earth approach, she helps clients feel genuinely heard while exploring what may be contributing to how they’re feeling.

Taylor works collaboratively to connect the dots across health, creating personalised (and realistic) plans that support overall wellbeing, energy levels, fertility journeys, and more complex health presentations, both now and over time.

Her practice blends nutrition, and where appropriate, functional testing, alongside herbal medicine, always guided by a deep respect for each person’s individuality and lived experience.
